Shopify is hiring in Ireland Again!

Thankfully Shopify is hiring once again. The position is Customer Success Guru! 

This means you will be working with Shopify's ever growing customer base helping them with issues they face on a daily bases. These issues can be anything from Billing problems, Theme issues, Social Media issues, Marketing Tips and Tricks and anything else you can think of.  

I was lucky enough to be a guru for almost 7 months before moving to the Kit team. Kit, is a marketing automation app that is used only on the Shopify Platform. It is an amazing job! It opens your eyes and mind to what issues Entrepreneurs around the world are facing. You get to deal with people who are just starting up a new business idea, businesses who are migrating from different platforms and businesses that are trying to change and adapt to the digital landscape. 

The Job: 

First and foremost, it's a remote position! That's right work from home. 

You will work in teams, (Squads) of about 7-10 people. This naturally will allow you to feel included and not alone with the fact of working from home. 

Hours are either 8-4 or 10-6 depending on the squad you are in. 

You get paid many €'s 

There is Weekend work though... It can't be all roses in the Garden.
